In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe, or your order is damaged when it arrives, please contact us as soon as you are aware and no longer than 7 days from the delivery date stated on your tracking.

We currently ship to Switzerland & Liechtenstein.
Standard delivery costs 6 CHF.
Delivery may take up to 2-4 working days.
FREE standard delivery available for orders above 100 CHF.

I want to change my order
A change of the order will be verified by Customer Support only in the first 24 hours after placing an order.
If you don’t have a customer account, we’re unable to cancel the order for you.
In some cases, if it is too late to cancel the order, you’ll need to follow our return process.
I have got a wrong item
In the unlikely event you have received a wrong item, please contact us immediately with the following information, to ensure that we can get this resolved for you quickly and efficiently:
- Your order number
- The name and size of the item you did not receive
- The name and size of the item you received in it’s place
- A photograph of the item you have received

You may be asked to return the incorrect item back to us for free.
