Shipment

In Switzerland we send the orders by the Swiss Post. Package and shipment costs 6 CHF for orders up to 99 CHF and is free for orders above 100 CHF.

Delivery takes 2-4 working days.

For shipments outside Switzerland delivery time will be extended.

Yes you can. Please consider that the shipping costs might be higher and delivery time extended.

Yes, the price of an item includes MwSt.

If the payment was successful, you will automatically get a confirmation by email.

Returns & Exchange

The returned product can not be washed, damaged, perfumed and worn. You can try it on.

Payment for used, soiled, damaged, worn and perfumed product will not be refunded.

You have 14 days to return a product.

We will process your return as soon as possible and no longer than 10 days.
